Chaos. Fog. Weight. Echoes of war, borders, violence, shifting meaning, concealing, and healing are explored in this work inspired by my grandmother who smuggled medicine across China during the Second Sino-Japanese War. We find the duality of feeling delicate and wild, continually breaking, and unfolding histories of my matrilineal family.
